Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guide.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to return for a refund. Please check our return policy as we have terms to honor the refund.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

When will my order ship?

Our shipping team strives to process orders promptly. Typically, standard shipping orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from the time of your order placement. Please note that expedited shipping orders made after 12pm PST will be shipped on the following business day.

Shipping policy
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
  • As of now, we offer free shipping in the continental 48 contiguous states in the US for purchase over $150.
  • For orders within the continental U.S. that do not meet the $150 threshold, we charge a flat shipping fee of $8.99. For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, a flat shipping fee of $19.99 will apply regardless of the purchase amount.
  • If you are located in a country outside of the United States, please feel free to reach out to us for a shipping quote and additional details! We are happy to assist you with international shipping inquiries.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Return policy
  • As of now, please reach out to us if you'd like to return and make sure that you meet the return eligibility described in the policy below. We are happy to assist you during the returning process.
  • We do not accept returns for items marked SALE or FINAL SALE.
  • Eligible returns are accepted within 7 days of order fulfillment.
  • Items must arrive back in their original condition and each must have all original packaging, hang tags (intact as shipped) and hygienic liners (for swim) still securely attached (No exceptions).
  • Items are eligible for return as long as they are in their original condition, and any items that require cleaning by our inspection crew (due to deodorant marks, self-tanner, makeup, etc.) will not be accepted for a refund.
  • Items that have been worn (shows signs of use, wrinkles, marks, dirt, or odors etc.) or had the tags removed are not eligible for return or exchange. Any returns with any signs of wear will be charged for the full amount.
  • Orders sent back for a refund will be charged a processing fee of $10 and the shipping fee. All refunds are processed back to store credit or gift card.

Exchanges

As of now, we don't offer exchange but we recommend returning the unwanted items for a refund or Gift Card, and then make a new purchase for the desired items. We do not accept exchanges for items marked FINAL SALE.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. If you are located in a country outside of the United States, please feel free to reach out to us for a shipping quote and additional details!
